A reason for Cromwell's resignation was not disclosed in aprese release. The manufacturer of thermal managemeng systems and components namedScott Bowser, an 11-year veterabn of the company, who most recently served as managing director of the company's Brazilianh operations, to replace Cromwell as regional vice president Americas, effective immediately. In his new Bowser will overseethe company’s North America and South American original equipment His focus will be on implementing the reorganizatiom announced late last year and continuingy to drive process and productivity improvemente throughout those businesses.
Bowser’s successor at Modine Brazil in Sao Paul o will be named at afuture date. Modinee (NYSE: MOD) said Jan. 14 that Cromwelol was appointed regional vicepresident - effective Feb. 1, to succeed the retiring Jamesz Rulseh. Cromwell, a 16-year veteran of Modine, was formerly vice presidenr of Modine`s Commercial Products
