Oxendale, who was traveling Tuesday morning, was not immediately available. He joined the hospitapl 14 years ago asits CFO. He became COO in 2000 and replace d Ron Violi as president and CEOin 2005. Oxendalse dropped the president title when he took the post at the foundatio nlast year.
