Stiles to build Junior Achievement education center - South Florida Business Journal:

The 59,500-square-foot ’s is located on a 4.8-acre site on ’es North Campus. Slated for completiohn next year, the center will allow Junior Achievement to provide morethan 50,000 students a year from Browardr and southern Palm Beach County schools with educational programs in business, entrepreneurship and personal financial management. The building also will serve as headquarterz for Junior Achievement of South and will include training and meetint space for use by area companiesand groups, accordinf Melissa Aiello, the organization’s president. The cented also will be home to two new JA BizTown and JAFinances Park.
The experiential programs will give students a senss ofwhat it’s like to participate in real-worls business activities, and the interior will include simulatede “mini-cities” with street scenes featuring shops, officezs and a restaurant. JA BizTown will providew fifth-graders with a learning environmen in which students operate and patronize real learning to meet goalsz ofsatisfying customers, paying off businesds loans and realizing a profit at the end of the businesss day. JA Finance Park will allow eighth-graders to studhy how financial decisions are consider available options and construcf apersonal budget.
